We were living in base housing and were considering renting a larger home in town. A friend of mine gave me Bob's card and I called him about some area listings. He was very helpful and provided several for us to choose from. He also made us aware of the new $8,000 tax incentive for 1st time home buyers. He reviewed the program with us and the advantages of using our VA benefits. He gave us many options and information. We have never owned a home before so were very concerned about making the right decision. Thanks to Bob's guidance, we are now pre-approved with our lender and are in process of selecting our first home ! We expect to purchase and close within 6 weeks. My wife and I were looking for an investment home for a family member. We looked on our own for over 2 months and were unable to find anything suitable in our price range.
